CONTRACT MANAGER / Sales and Marketing


About the job

Our team is looking for reinforcement on negotiations with our end customers. In your work you will evaluate, draft, negotiate and execute especially on Non-Disclosure Agreements and Terms&Conditions Agreements. You will review customers proposed terms and conditions, provide a counteroffer if necessary and negotiate directly with the customer. You will also support our sales personnel and project managers with contractual challenges. You will maintain and manage agreement templates and portfolios with your colleagues. The position also involves governing our Software and Service Agreements.

Position is placed on our site in Lahdesjärvi, Tampere. Customers are especially in the USA markets, but work will be done for all our customers globally. You will work closely with our (Senior) Risk&Contract Manager and you will report to VP Sales&Marketing.

About the person

We expect you to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, and previous experience and good understanding of various agreements.

We also expect you to have

  • excellent negotiation skills in English. Other language skills are considered an advantage (Finnish, German).
  • basic understanding of US legislation and contractual requirements
  • knowledge of Software related contractual requirements
  • knowledge of IPR matters.
