We are now searching for several Software Trainees to join Fastems. As a Software Trainee your versatile tasks would concentrate for example to the following areas: Development for Backend/Frontend, Device Control and Interfaces, Robotics, ICT and Configuration, Quality Assurance or Delivery Coordination. To be able to run these tasks successfully, it requires certain experience and/or willingness to learn in depth from some of the following areas:
- Development for Backend/Frontend: C# programming, Azure Cloud Development, Databases and Angular or other modern web frameworks
- Device Control and Interfaces: PLC (Beckhoff/Siemens) and C# programming
- Robotics: Fanuc, Kuka or ABB
- ICT and Configuration: Industrial ICT, Visual Studio tools and knowhow on PLC programming and Windows environments.
- Quality Assurance: Robot framework, Jenkins, Docker, JIRA Test plugins
- Delivery Coordination: Agile Project Management and Documentation Tools (JIRA/PDM/ERP)
As we work in an international business environment, good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Thus, you must have the ability to act independently with a can-do attitude. We are hoping that you have a few years of studies or other relevant experience behind you, but all great personalities are valued at Fastems and all applicants are considered with a great respect. Your technical study background can be either from University or University of Applied Sciences.
You could start working at Fastems in the spring. We offer you flexible working hours on your own wish during the academic year (preferably 2 days per week or more if available) and full working hours for Summer 2023. You can also work remotely extensively after the initial training period. At Fastems we offer you a competitive salary. We hope you to be engaged and possibly willing to stay with us also after summer and we love to offer our great trainees a possibility to do Master’s thesis to us as well.
